The Laxmi Niwas Palace

Housed in a majestic palace built in 1902, this heritage hotel features Indo-Saracen architecture with its filigree and lattice work. Regular traditional Rajasthani puppet and music performances are held in the garden. Free pick-up services are also available.

« Mémorial d'un faste d'antan »
Authetique palais de mahardjah, dont une aile est encore (discrètement) occupée par celui-ci. On se sent dans un mémorial colonial qui vous donne une idée du faste d'antan. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. La chambre était gigantesque mais plutôt vieillotte avec une salle de bain qui mériterait d'être modernisée.
Les fenêtres de la chambre donnaient sur une cour aveugle, ce qui est dommage.

A grand palace fallen into hard times
With over Rs 15K per night the property provides a unique experience of old world charm and grandeur. The staff ensures to cater to your request and making your stay a memorable one. The food was super tasty. The room was beautiful too.
The property has fallen into hard times which can be clearly seen around in the crumbling infrastructure., Maintenance is improper, much of the property is inaccessible due to ongoing renovations. The gym is barely usable. Most of the time the property is used for arranging functions and parties which takes precedence over hotel guests. Hers hoping the responsible people take note and push to improve the lost standards of the hotel
