A grand palace fallen into hard times
With over Rs 15K per night the property provides a unique experience of old world charm and grandeur. The staff ensures to cater to your request and making your stay a memorable one. The food was super tasty. The room was beautiful too.
The property has fallen into hard times which can be clearly seen around in the crumbling infrastructure., Maintenance is improper, much of the property is inaccessible due to ongoing renovations. The gym is barely usable. Most of the time the property is used for arranging functions and parties which takes precedence over hotel guests. Hers hoping the responsible people take note and push to improve the lost standards of the hotel

it took a long time to get hot water in the shower. the maintenance of the old furniture/furnishings can be improved.
